Ring size
Made to your chosen UK ring size. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a ring sizer or having your size measured locally.

Resizing
We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery for this design. Very small or large changes may not be possible, but we will always advise you honestly.

Fit
This band has a comfort fit inside so it feels slightly looser than a flat band in the same size.

UK assay hallmark
Every ring is sent to a UK assay office and stamped with the correct fineness mark for the chosen metal, plus our registered maker’s mark.

What you will see
Small, discreet marks on the inside of the band confirming the metal purity and that it has been tested and approved.

No plated metals
We only use solid gold. We never sell gold plated, gold filled or vermeil pieces as fine jewellery.

Crafting time
Each ring is handmade to order. Current crafting time is 7 to 10 business days before dispatch.

Shipping
UK orders are shipped with tracked and insured delivery. International orders are shipped with tracked services and may be subject to local customs charges.

Returns
We accept returns on non personalised rings within 7 days of delivery, provided the ring is unworn and in original condition.

Personalised rings

Engraved or customised rings cannot be returned, but we will still help with resizing where possible.
