1) Who we are

Sovushka is a trading name of Agmal Samandar (sole trader), established in the United Kingdom.

2) Definitions

“Website”: sovushka.com and any site we operate.
“Order”: your order for Products placed via the Website.
“Products”: jewellery and accessories we sell.
“Bespoke Products”: custom-made, made-to-size or personalised items (including engraved items).
“Event Outside Our Control”: see section 17.

3) Using this website (licence & acceptable use)

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, scrape, crawl, train AI models on, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit the site or its content without our written consent. You agree not to introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt service. We may suspend or block access at our discretion.

All content (text, images, design, code, trademarks and trade dress) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as stated.

4) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version date at the top applies to new Orders. Continued use of the site confirms acceptance.

5) How our contract is formed

Products displayed on the Website are an invitation to treat. When you submit an Order, you are offering to buy the Products. We’ll acknowledge receipt; acceptance is at our discretion and occurs when we confirm dispatch (or when we start making a Bespoke Product). We may reject any Order. The contract is between you and Agmal Samandar trading as Sovushka.

6) Product descriptions & tolerances

We try to be accurate, but small variations in finishes, stones and metals are normal for handmade jewellery. Natural stones vary in colour/clarity; lab-grown stones follow their grading. Measurements and weights may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Product imagery may be scaled to show detail.

7) Bespoke, made-to-order & engraving

Bespoke Products are made to the measurements and specifications you provide following consultation. Deposits may be required and are non-refundable once design work begins, except where required by law. You are responsible for accuracy of provided sizes/specs. Bespoke Products are excluded from the Cooling-Off policy in section 12.

8) Changes to your order

Request changes within 24 hours of ordering; after that, changes may be impossible or chargeable and may extend lead times.

9) Pricing, taxes, promotions & gift cards

Prices may change without notice prior to purchase. UK prices include VAT unless stated; delivery charges are shown at checkout. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively; one per order unless stated. We may refuse or cancel misuse or suspected abuse.

10) Payment & security screening

We accept the methods shown at checkout. Payment must clear before production/dispatch. You warrant you’re authorised to use the chosen method. Orders may be security-screened; we may refuse or cancel if we suspect fraud.

11) Lead times, shipping & risk

Lead times shown are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our control (see section 17). Delivery occurs when Products are delivered to your address or collected by you. Risk passes on delivery. Signature may be required. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Import duties/taxes outside the UK are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

12) Returns, exchanges & cooling-off

Cooling-off (distance sales): for eligible non-Bespoke items you may cancel within 14 days from receipt. Notify us via email, then return items within a further 14 days, unused and in original packaging. You cover return postage unless the item is faulty or we erred. Refunds are made using the original method within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Exclusions: Bespoke Products, resized items requested by you, and pierced jewellery (earrings) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Exchanges: by arrangement; you’ll pay any price difference and shipping.

13) Faulty goods & warranty

If a Product is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly. Statutory rights apply. Our workmanship warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months; it excludes wear-and-tear, accidental damage, improper use, or third-party alterations.

14) Stones, hallmarks & materials

Solid 9k/14k/18k gold only—never plated or filled. All gold items are hallmarked in the UK (sponsor’s mark, fineness, Assay Office). Diamonds may be lab-grown or natural as stated; we source responsibly. Certification is provided where specified. White-gold rhodium finishing will wear and may require periodic re-plating.

15) Our right to cancel

We may end the contract if you fail to pay, fail to supply required information, or fail to accept delivery. We will refund for undelivered items minus reasonable costs caused by your breach.

16) IP ownership & user content

All IP in our designs, content and branding remains ours. If you provide content (e.g., reviews, images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it for marketing and operations. Do not submit content you don’t own or that infringes others’ rights.

17) Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, carrier issues, customs delays, epidemics, natural disasters or major IT outages. Obligations are suspended for the event’s duration; we will notify you and rearrange delivery. You may cancel undelivered items if the event continues over 14 days.

18) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we exclude implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and limit our aggregate liability arising from any Order to the amount paid for the Product(s) concerned.

19) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the Website, infringement of our IP, or breach of these terms.

20) Privacy & cookies

See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (which form part of these terms). We may cooperate with lawful requests by authorities.

21) Eligibility & age

You must be 18+ (or have parental consent) and able to enter a legally binding contract to purchase.

22) Assignment

We may transfer our rights/obligations to another organisation. You may transfer yours only with our written consent.

23) Severance & no waiver

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.

24) Governing law & jurisdiction; ODR

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. For EU cross-border disputes you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
