Orders & Production
How long do made-to-order pieces take?
Most items ship in 1–3 weeks. Complex pavé or custom stone work may take longer. If you have a hard deadline, tell us at checkout or via the Bespoke form and we’ll confirm feasibility before payment.
Can you rush an order?
Sometimes, yes. Add your desired date at checkout or email us — rush availability depends on studio load and the piece. A small fee may apply to cover overtime and priority plating/assay.
Do you offer gift notes and discreet packaging?
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout. Parcels are plain on the outside; the brand name does not appear on the shipping label.
Sizing & Care
How do I find my ring size?
Use our guide: Sizing & Care. For accuracy, order our reusable ring sizer or get sized at a local jeweller. Wider bands feel tighter — consider a half-size up.
Can I resize later?
Yes — our rings are built to be serviceable. Book via Care Services. Typical turnaround: 3–10 working days.
Do you rhodium-plate white gold?
Yes. White gold can be finished with rhodium for a bright, cool tone. Expect refresh every 6–18 months depending on wear. Book via Care Services.
Materials & Hallmarks
What hallmarks do you use?
UK fineness marks: 375 (9k), 585 (14k), 750 (18k), plus our maker’s mark — all applied in the UK.
Natural vs. lab-grown diamonds?
We work with both. Lab-grown offers excellent value; natural has traditional appeal. We’ll source to your budget, confirm specs, and provide documentation on request.
Halal & ethical production?
Yes — we operate with a halal workflow and conflict-free sourcing. Ask if you require specific provenance or supplier statements.
Shipping, Returns & Warranty
How do you ship and how do I track?
Tracked & insured (UK and international). You’ll receive a tracking link at dispatch. You can also track any time: Track your order.
What is your return policy?
Return window: 7 days from delivery for non-personalised, non-bespoke items in original condition. Bespoke or engraved items are not eligible. For faults or service requests, get an RMA first: RMA request.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects. Normal finish wear, accidental damage and sizing changes are chargeable service. Care tips & policy details: Sizing & Care.
