FAQs
When will I receive tracking?
As soon as your order is dispatched. Made-to-order items show “Processing” until they leave our studio.
Tracking shows “Dispatched” but no movement.
Carriers sometimes take 12–24 hours to scan. If it’s stuck longer than 48 hours, tell us and we’ll chase.
I entered the wrong address.
Contact us immediately. If the parcel has shipped, we’ll request an intercept with the carrier where possible.
