Keep your jewellery looking new. We resize, polish and rhodium-finish pieces with the same tools we use to make them. Typical turnaround: 3–10 working days depending on complexity and queue.

Prices are indicative; very wide bands, heavy up-sizes (adding metal) or intricate settings are quoted individually.
2) How it works
- Request a quote: send photos, current size and target size via the form below.
- Ship to us tracked & insured (or arrange drop-off). Keep your proof of postage.
- Bench work: we complete the service and quality-check under magnification.
- Return shipping: we dispatch tracked, gift-boxed and insured.
3) What we can & can’t resize
- Usually OK: plain bands; most solitaire/trilogy rings; pavé with gaps at the back; signet rings.
- May require remaking: full-eternity bands, heavy engraving all around, channel-set stones right through the shank, severe up-sizes.
- Metals: 9k/14k/18k yellow, rose, white gold. (We polish platinum; resizing quoted case-by-case.)

4) Finishes we offer
- Mirror polish – high shine.
- Satin / matte – soft sheen that hides micro-scratches.
- Brushed directional – visible grain for a contemporary look.
- Rhodium finish (white gold) – bright, cool tone; expect to refresh every 6–18 months depending on wear.
5) FAQs
How long does it take?
Simple polish: 2–3 working days. Resizes/rhodium: 3–10 working days.
Will resizing weaken my ring?
No when done correctly. We resize, solder and then re-round and refinish. We’ll tell you if a remake is safer.
Do you resize other brands?
Yes for most solid-gold pieces. We’ll confirm after seeing photos.
Can you make it smaller after a large up-size?
Usually, yes. Large swings back and forth can affect engraving patterns—ask first.
