Sizing & Resizing
Choose your UK ring size from D to Z+3, including half sizes. If you are unsure, use our Ring Size Guide or have your finger measured by a local jeweller before ordering.
Resizing
We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery on eligible designs. Very large adjustments may not be possible; contact us and we will advise you before any work is carried out.
Gold Purity & Maker’s Mark
Gold purity mark
Each piece is stamped for its gold purity — 375 for 9K, 585 for 14K or 750 for 18K — together with our maker’s mark.
Solid gold only
We use solid 9K, 14K and 18K gold. Our fine jewellery is never gold plated, gold filled or vermeil.

Crafting time
Each ring is handmade to order in approximately 5–8 business days before dispatch.
Shipping
UK orders are sent by tracked and insured delivery. International orders are sent using tracked services and may be subject to local duties or taxes.
Returns
Non-engraved, non-custom pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and returned in original condition.
Personalised rings
Engraved or customised pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for standard returns. We will still help with resizing where possible.
